The LLN Teacher Language Learning Network (LLN) is a nationwide organization that specializes in PK-12 world language education. We support language learners of all kinds by connecting schools all over the country to teachers for Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, American Sign Language (ASL), and more. Our schools and students are our driving force and as we seek to meet their needs, we also must to provide support and guidance to our instructors.

 

We are currently seeking a Teacher Success Associate/ Instructional Coach in the Cherry Hill area.

 

The Associate (Instructional Coach), on the Teacher and Partner Success team, plays an integral role in supporting and developing our teachers and, thus, driving the success of our programs. Coaches work closely with teachers as mentors, providing guidance on classroom management, instructional support, and general feedback. Our coaches also receive insight from teachers on what is happening in the classroom and any challenges that they are experiencing to improve our programs and relationships with schools. This position reports to the Teacher Success Manager and the Head of Teacher and Partner Success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Support teacher onboarding to familiarize themselves with LLN teaching practices and curriculum prior to the start of their assignment 
  • Conduct regular virtual check-ins with teachers to oversee their progress while providing educational development
  • Complete on-site teacher observations, including reports and post-observation meetings, with teachers as needed
  • Collaborate with the Partner Success team to address any challenges teachers may be experiencing with their school
  • Communicate with partner schools as needed to support teachers’ success in the classroom
  • Provide LLN teachers, online and onsite, with instructional and curricular support (i.e., implementing the LLN program) as needed
  • Collaborate with curriculum team to provide feedback and insight from teachers that can be used for curriculum development 

 

Requirements 

  • Must have previous experience as a teacher 
  • Must be willing to travel to schools for observations and teacher support
